Routes

For 2022, we are planning to have routes that will appeal to all levels of cyclist, from beginner to advanced, with routes that will challenge experienced cyclists and routes that will allow for participation by families.

We are currently planning to have four rides:

  • A 25km ride, geared to families and beginner riders.  This will be almost entirely on the picturesque Thames Valley Parkway (paved shared-use path beside the Thames River).

  • A 50km ride.  This will use some roads (with as many bike lanes as possible) and county roads to the west of London and is aimed at novice to intermediate riders.

  • A 100km ride.  This will use city roads (with as many bike lanes as possible) and county roads to the west of London and is aimed at intermediate to advanced riders.

  • A 160km ride.  This will use city roads (with as many bike lanes as possible) and county roads to the west of London and is aimed at more advanced riders.

All routes will have rest stops (approximately one per 50km) stocked with food and drinks.

Stay tuned to this page over the coming months as we develop the plans further.
